Membership terms
NSN Market account and pricing-access conditions. Updated October 16, 2026.
Free application and approval
Membership is free. Registration creates a pending account. Only administrators may approve access; there is no automatic activation, time-limited paid subscription or guaranteed right to approval. Accounts may be suspended for misuse or security issues.
What members receive
Approved members may view selected DLA opportunities with their associated SPEs, NSNs, manufacturer identity where verified, available supplier prices, lead times and quote conditions. The aim is up to 30 opportunities per business day, not a guaranteed volume. No supply quantity, source eligibility or award is guaranteed.
Independent bidding
Members determine and submit their own DLA bids. Supplier prices represent proposed selling prices to the member, not recommended government bid prices. Confirm all official technical, approved-source, delivery, inspection, quality, origin and export requirements before bidding.
Separate supply orders
Free account access does not include products. After an award, the buyer must request and obtain acceptance of a separate quotation / purchase order identifying the legal seller and actual manufacturer when applicable. Production, sourcing, traceability, conformity documents, packing, marking and delivery are subject to confirmed item and contract requirements.
Use of copy and export tools
Copy and CSV tools are for the member's own independent bid preparation. We log successful logins and which opportunity records / unit prices members copy or export using site controls. These logs assist account management and sourcing follow-up. The tools do not observe clipboard actions outside NSN Market.
