Privacy overview
How NSN Market handles submitted and member-use information. Updated October 16, 2026.
Information collected
We collect business and contact details supplied through registration, quote requests or contact forms. Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes. We record successful member logins and use of built-in copying or export features, including member ID, SPE / NSN, event type, quoted supplier unit price at the time and time of action; calculated bid prices are recorded when a member uses the "Copy your price" button.
Why we use it
We use this information to review applications, control access to protected supplier quotations, respond to sourcing inquiries, maintain account security and understand which opportunities are used. Approved members can view manufacturer identification only for permitted opportunities. Personal data and quote requests may be shared with relevant suppliers when needed to fulfill a request, with supplier identity disclosed in commercial quotations and order documents.
Account cookies and service providers
Account sessions use cookies. Hosting may keep technical logs. Existing advertising or analytics scripts may also be present; review the actual live services and provide required consent / disclosures before operation.
Security and your requests
Members can request access, correction or deletion of personal information by writing to sales@nsn-market.com, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Access to account activity records is restricted to site administrators. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
