Membership is free, subject to administrator approval. Approved companies can review curated SPE numbers, NSNs, manufacturer names when verified, quantities and available supplier price quotations. Members can copy or export these fields for bid preparation. You submit bids independently; NSN Market is not affiliated with DLA and does not guarantee contract awards.

Each published card can show SPE, NSN, actual manufacturer, quantity, supplier price, validity and lead time. Unverified manufacturers are clearly marked.

Choose your markup and submit
Use the copy or CSV tools, include the other contract costs, and bid independently through the appropriate DLA system.
04AFTER AWARD
Confirm supply, documents and delivery
Following supplier confirmation and acceptance of your separate purchase order, manufacture or sourcing, traceability, packaging and delivery may be arranged to your address or authorized DLA location.

Up to 30 priced opportunities is a target, not a guaranteed daily minimum. Supplier prices, approved-source eligibility, documents and delivery are specific to each part and valid quotation; government awards are not guaranteed.

What approved members receive

- Protected SPE, NSN, part number, manufacturer (if confirmed), CAGE (if available), quantity and bid deadline.
- Actual supplier selling prices for priced opportunities, with quotation validity and applicable conditions.
- One-click SPE / NSN / unit price / complete-row copy, bulk copy, independent markup calculator and CSV export.
- Coordination of eligible production or sourcing, traceability documentation, military packaging and shipping after a separate accepted order.
Account registration is free but requires approval. The purchase price of the parts is separate. Government bid submission is not included.
SOURCING & DOCUMENTATION
Product sourcing support after an award.
On eligible orders, our sourcing network can coordinate verified manufacturers, manufacturing or procurement, applicable Certificates of Conformity, available material and inspection reports, supply-chain traceability, contract preservation / packaging and authorized delivery. The actual manufacturer is disclosed to approved members for each quoted opportunity when verified; the legal seller is identified in the quotation and purchase terms.
Production & sourcing
Fasteners, seals, gaskets, hardware, machined parts and other eligible NSNs depend on the technical and approved-source requirements.
Quality & traceability
Available manufacturer certificates, material records, test reports, country-of-origin information and documented supply-chain traceability are confirmed per item.
Packaging & shipping
MIL-STD preservation and marking may be arranged where applicable, with shipment to the approved DLA destination or the buyer as agreed.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Clear answers
Is membership really free?
Yes. There is no subscription fee. Every business application requires manual approval before protected RFQ data is available. Product orders are separately priced.
Will I see the actual manufacturer?
Approved members see the manufacturer name and CAGE when verified for the relevant SPE. If no source is confirmed, the card says “Manufacturer to be confirmed” instead of suggesting a source.
What if my company wins a government award?
Contact our sourcing desk with your award and requirements. We will confirm availability, actual manufacturer, source eligibility, documentation, shipping terms and legal contracting supplier before accepting a separate product purchase order.
Will every business day have 30 opportunities?
Up to 30 is a target, not a minimum guarantee. Availability depends on technical screening and viable supplier pricing.
Can products be sent to a DLA depot?
Only if contract instructions, inspection / acceptance and agreed shipping terms permit direct delivery. Shipment to your business may also be arranged.
What member activity is recorded?
We record successful logins and use of built-in copy / CSV export buttons (including the affected SPE/NSN and quoted unit price at that time) for account management and business support. See the privacy overview.
